Products/services: The Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers is the professional association of the Bavarian engineers from construction and building industry, liberal professions and public service in Bavaria. As a public corporation, we represent the interests of our approximately 7,000 members in politics, business, administration and the public. The supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport. Our members are consulting engineers as compulsory members and freelance, salaried, civil servant and commercial engineers as voluntary members.

In addition, the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers for Construction is responsible for the professional recognition of engineers and inspection bodies in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance EnEV (random checks of energy performance certificates and inspection reports on air conditioning systems).
