Stamped and bent parts: Using our modern punching machines we produce stampings, contact parts on the assembly line and complex lead frames. In this context we process all conventional stainless steel and non-ferrous metals in a thickness range of 0.05 to 3.00 mm. Plastic injection moulded/hybrid parts: We produce high precision technical parts made of thermoplastic and elastomeric synthetic material. On a strip spraying system that was developed by us we overmould large series of lead frames under optimal economic conditions. Parts that require the highest cleanliness are produced under clean room conditions. Plant engineering and process technology: A results-oriented dynamic engineering team implements every kind of automation that supports manufacturing in order to produce your products efficiently, process safely and in the highest quality. Since 2016 we are a subsidiary of the KERN-LIEBERS group of Companies.
