Expert for heat Treatments: Madinger Heat Treatments used with hood-type furnaces, convection tempering furnaces, molten salt baths and evacuable nitriding furnaces with code control cutting edge technologies. The range of services includes hardening, tempering, austempering, stress-relief annealing as well as nitriding and nitro-carburizing under a protective gas atmosphere.
Reliable extended workbench: With about 100 skilled employees, as required in 3-shift operations, the production-related service activities from Madinger provides visual and dimensional accuracy controls, rework as deburring, grinding as well as packing and repacking. In use are a 3D coordinate measuring machine and a digital video inspection device (HD res.).
