Products/services: Within the political guidelines determined by the Prime Minister, the State Ministry of Education and Culture, Science and the Arts is an independent division. This is represented by Minister of State Dr. Ludwig Spaenle with the support of State Secretary Georg Eisenreich (Education and Culture) and State Secretary Bernd Sibler (Science and Art) in his own responsibility before the Bavarian Parliament. The individual specialist departments form the organisational units of the Ministry. They are grouped into eleven departments and are headed by ministerial directors as department heads.
