Products/services: We represent the interests of private, municipal, church and state forest owners in Bavaria vis-à-vis politics, society, associations and the economy, both in Bavaria and nationally and internationally. Of the 2.5 million hectares of forest in Bavaria - that is about one third of the state's total area - private forest accounts for about 58%, municipal forest for about 10% and state forest for 30% of the forest area. We help shape the political, economic and legal framework conditions for forestry, we engage in environmental and nature conservation as well as active public relations work, information and awareness raising.
