Continuing education at the university level in Business Administration. VWA offers thorough fundamental knowledge in management, economics and law in a 3-year degree program (7 semesters) turning participants into well-qualified generalists. Highly motivated students may pursue further academic training leading to a BA or MBA degree, or additionally specialize in shorter, tailor-made compact training courses. Due to the lean and flexible organisational structure we are able to react quickly to specific economic needs by creating new specific education programmes. As a long-term educational partner for the economic community in Upper Bavaria, the VWA efficiently supports the professional development and advancement of a diverse and devoted work-force. It is a promising path for young professionals, with or without a university-entrance diploma, to obtain and apply first-hand knowledge in Business Administration.
