The new micro dispensing systems MDS 3300+ Series from VERMES Microdispensing GmbH enable you to dispense selected solder pastes with highest accuracy and reliability together with maximum flexibility. VERMES jet-valves are based on piezo systems that provide non-contact application of solder paste, featuring precisely regulated dispensing and integrated pressure control without clogging or welding of valve seats. The VERMES micro dispensing systems empower you to achieve droplet sizes of less than 250 microns in diameter of the selected solder paste on the target. The process is very stable and offers high repeatability. At the same time the systems can function very fast and therefore achieve high dispensing frequencies. An easy to use and easy to clean operating interface with robust touch buttons is used to operate and control the system. It saves up to ten different parameter sets in the control unit MDC 3200+.
