We do not purchase finished sausages, but make everything ourselves. This has been like thiss and will also remain like this in future. You find examples of our assortment in the following: daily freshly made small sausages of all kind; our famous an excellent veal sausages (awarded with the great prize of the DLG) - which are very popular and stand any comparison; the typical Bavarian baking liver cheese after proven original formulation (already several times we were awarded the DLG Great prize for it); very well assorted cold cuts with hot-air-cooked specialities; a big choice in raw and cooked ham of top quality, e.g., our house ham, the raw farm smoked meat.
