Products/services: Käserebellen produces natural and bio premium cheese specialities. The history of Käserebellen goes back to 1860 and since then, we are producing cheese specialities of the highest quality. This quality bases on the special, silage-free milk from the Alps. Silage-free means that the cows are not fed with any silage-feed, such as fermented grass or maize. The cows stay on mountain pastures all summer long and enjoy lots of succulent grasses and herbs. In winter the cows are only fed with finest hay and groats. Considering that less than 3% of the entire milk produced within the European Union is won that way, we can call our milk an exclusive rarity. So, the top-quality of our products as well as the combination of traditional Alpine recipes with innovative ideas is the secret of the special taste of our cheese. The exclusive quality of the Käserebellen products has already been awarded with gold, silver and bronze prizes, e.g. at the World Cheese Awards 2009 and 2010.
