Products/services: Pouch bags We work with four welding machines that weld approx. 2 million pouch bags p.a. These welding machines are able to automatically fill and seal 80 pouch bags per minute. In less than two minutes the machines can be made ready for the packaging of a different article. Therefore, we are able to manage limited-lot as well as large-scale productions. A big plus is our half-automatic welding machine with integrated scales: Incorrectly filled bags are automatically sorted out with an exactitude of five grams. Cardboard boxes: 40 cardboard boxes of different sizes, qualities and prints are in use in our company: Most boxes are closed with the help of half-automatic sealing machines. In terms of labelling you can choose between labels with or without logo and barcodes.
