Products/services: The Bavarian financial market is a hallmark for the Bavarian economy. The scope and relevance of the financial service offers have European format. Besides, the success of the individual actors in the financial market Bavaria is as proverbial as their strong cohesion. The financial market Munich initiative has strongly contributed to the grouping of all resources of the Bavarian financial sector. Its establishment in the year 2000 was inspired by the idea to speed up the balancing of interests and the opinion making, to intensify the policy dialog and to improve the location marketing. In the meantime, the fpmi can look back at a 10-year success story. Besides the Bavarian Ministry of Economics, Infrastructure, Traffic and technology the membership comprises about 52 companies from the banking and insurance sector, venture capital and leasing companies, the Bavarian stock exchange AG, chambers and trade associations as well as university chairs.
