CNC turning and milling: automatic CNC lathes and cutters (linear or revolving transfer machines)
Abrasive cutting and precision sawing technology: high quality cutting of round bars, profiles or tubes. Annual quantities of 10,000 up to 30 million parts and up to 400 tons of material possible.
Adiabatic cutting (HSIC – High-Speed-Impact-Cutting): Annual quantities of 100,000 up to 100 million pieces. Advantages: minimal loss of material, cycle time of up to 800 parts a minute, almost burr-free, minimal deformation.
