Products/services: The Center for NanoScience (CeNS), established in 1998, aims to stimulate and support interdisciplinary research in all areas of nanoscience, combining physics, chemistry, biochemistry and life sciences. CeNS is a network of researchers based at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, Germany. CeNS members and affiliates research both at the LMU and at other scientific institutions as well as in industrial laboratories. They cooperate in a horizontal network , supported by a small coordinating team.
