    • The Bavarian Brewer's Association is the umbrella organisation of the Bavarian brewing sector. The statutory purpose of the association, which breweries of all size classes and from all regions of Bavaria have joined and which represents today about 80% of the Bavarian beer production is the representation and promotion of the common interests of the whole Bavarian brewing sector. Nevertheless, the Bavarian Brewer's Association sees itself not only as a protector of interests vis-a-vis state institutions and the general public. It also acts as a modern service provider for the affiliated enterprises. As organiser of the protective community „ Bavarian beer g.g. A. “ it also stands for the preservation of the special tradition of the regional breweries and the unique variety of the brewing locations and beer sorts in the free state of Bavaria. Its special attention is given to the high-quality and geared towards pleasure presentation of Bavarian beer specialities as a part of the culinary inheritance of Europe at home and abroad.
